If you wish to utilize a vCard approval process in your organization, you can when you use our affiliate management process. The way it works is that when you are logged in as the affiliate manager, you will see in your Affiliate Setup page a section for vCard Compliance.
Click the toggle to the right (green color) to enable this feature, and specify an email address that will receive an email whenever a tenant saves a change to their vCard.
When a tenant saves a vCard, they will get a message to indicate that it has been submitted for approval
And an email will be sent to the address that you provided (from firstname.lastname@example.org)
When an email like this is received, you can log in as the manager, go to the list of tenants, and locate the one with the proposed change. Note that all tenants with a pending vCard change request will have an icon in their actions area to indicate that the change is awaiting your approval
By clicking on this icon, you will be presented with a table with a link to the current vCard, a link to the proposed changes, and a thumbs up button to approve the change. The change will not become active until you click the thumbs up icon.
After you have click the thumbs up (approve), the change will be made active and you will see a message to indicate it is active.
