Messages with Links not going through to AT&T customers

If you notice that messages with links are not going through to customers of yours, and those customers are using AT&T for their mobile service, there is a good chance that AT&T is blocking those messages from reaching their destination.

This is the result of a change at AT&T to try to be “smarter” about blocking sms traffic that appear to be generated by bots or appears to be marketing in nature.

If this starts happening with your MyRepChat number, please give us a call or drop us an email and we can request that your MyRepChat number be “whitelisted” within AT&T. This process can take a week or 2.
